Ensure that your passport photos are identical and measure 2 inches by 2 inches. The background must be white, and you should be facing the camera so that your entire face is visible. You must have your hair down. No hat can be worn. If you wear glasses that are prescribed by a physician, those should be worn.
Complete the passport application completely and accurately.
Align one of the photos to the first page of the application in the lower left corner photo box. You must staple each corner of the photo vertically so that it does not cover your face in any way. Attempting to attach the photo in any other way, besides staples, will not be accepted.
Put the application and the extra picture into an envelope and mail to the passport office.
