Go to the Google search page (see Resources) and type "time in -----" in the search box, replacing "-----" with the name of the country or city for which you need time information, click "Search." The bold text above the web search results displays the current time and day in your chosen location. Count forward or backward until you reach the time in your location. The time adjustment is the number of hours between the time displayed on Google and the local time in your area.
Go to the Time Dial website (see Resources) and select your country and area from the drop down boxes beside the symbol of a house. Select the country and area for which you need a time adjustment calculation from the boxes beside the picture of a globe. The website automatically updates itself with time adjustment information. The time in both destinations is displayed below the boxes as well as a sentence detailing the exact number of hours time difference.
Visit Time and Date.com's "Time Zone Converter" website (see Resources.) Using the drop-down menu boxes at the top of the gray area, select your time, date and location. Select the country and area for which you need an adjustment from the "Location" menu below, click "Convert Time." A new page appears with information about both time zones; a sentence explains the time difference in hours between both places.
