Go online to the Orbit website and click the "Register Now" link at the upper-right corner of the screen. The Orbit link is included in References below. You will need to register the first time you use the website. The next time you use the site, click on the "Sign In" link to log into your account.
Complete the registration form that opens after clicking the "Register Now" link. Read the conditions of the website before completing the registration. You will be required to establish a password, which will be used with your email to log into your account in the future.
Go directly to your Orbit account after you complete registration, or log in on the homepage using your email address and password. There will be tabs on upper-left corner of the screen to allow you to search: Quick Search, Vacation Packages, Hotels, Flights, Cars, Rail, Cruises, Activities and Deals.
Enter the departing and destination city or airport on the form when searching. For airport identification codes, click on the "Airport" link.
Search for the city in the directory that opens up. There will be an airport code to the far right of the city. For example, the code for the Portland, Oregon, airport is PDX. Insert the appropriate code in the form.
Complete the search form by entering the number of travelers and if you prefer a nonstop flight.
Submit the search form. The search will appear. You can sort the selections clicking on the appropriate tabs. For example, in the picture the search was for flights, and available flights can be sorted by price, departure time and shortest flight.
Click on the "My Trips" tab in the upper-right corner to view any of the reservations you have booked.
Click on the "My Account" tab in the upper-right corner to make changes to your Orbit account.
Look for deals and bargains by clicking on the Deals tab, located near the center of the top of the screen.
Check out available cruises by clicking on the Cruise tab. From there you can click on the drop-down menu to search specific cruise lines.
Rent a car by clicking on the Car and Rail tab. The search will list car rental prices and options. Click the "Find" link after entering in your search criteria. Click on the "Select" link when you are ready to make a reservation.
Complete your reservation transaction with the shopping wizard. You will need to enter your credit card information, and ticket verification will be sent to your email address. To review your reservations, click on "My Trips."
