How soon can after getting your license you have passengers?
It depends on the state. In most states, you can have passengers as soon as you get your license. However, there are some states that have restrictions on the number of passengers you can have or the time of day you can drive with passengers. For example, in California, you cannot drive with more than one passenger under the age of 20 for the first six months of having your license. In Michigan, you cannot drive with more than three passengers under the age of 18 for the first six months of having your license.
