Life Hammer is made in the Netherlands. The tool is similar to one used as an emergency hammer on trains and buses in Europe. The Life Hammer has a mounting bracket that can be used to secure it into the vehicle, out of the way, but available in case of an emergency. A fluorescent, glow-in-the-dark button at the base of the hammer makes it easy to find should it be needed. The top of the hammer has a hardened steel point to shatter auto glass.
