Off-Road Tours in Silver Lake, Michigan

The Silver Lake Sand Dunes area features miles of dunes along Lake Michigan. Off-road vehicle (ORV)recreation is one of the main tourist attractions at Silver Lake Sand Dunes, the only dunes in the state that allow vehicle access. Several businesses in the area cater to both seasoned ORV enthusiasts and newcomers and offer rentals and guided tours of the dune trails. The dunes are located within Silver Lake State Park near the towns of Mears, Hart and Silver Lake.
  1. Parrot's Landing

    • Parrot's Landing in Silver Lake offers Jeep, quad, moped, ski boat and jet-ski rentals for dune rides or lake recreation at Silver Lake State Park. The rental company also offers guided tours of the dunes in their Jeep Wranglers. The Jeeps seat two adults in the front and two adults or three children in the back. The tour guide rides in a separate vehicle and communicates with the Jeep driver by two-way radio.
