How Jews Travel to the Western Wall

Most international visitors fly into Ben Gurion Airport (TLV) near Tel Aviv. From there:

• Train: Direct line to Jerusalem Yitzhak Navon Station (~30 min), then light rail or taxi to Old City.
• Bus: Egged routes 405, 480 from Tel Aviv Central Bus Station (~1 hr).
• Private transfer/taxi: ~45–60 min.

Domestic travelers use buses, trains, or cars. Once in Jerusalem, the Western Wall is accessed via Jaffa Gate, Dung Gate, or security checkpoints near the Jewish Quarter. Many walk from nearby hotels.
