Dunn's River Falls is a series of climbable waterfalls within a tropical forest. Guides lead guests (in groups) up the stair waterfalls to the top. Throughout the climb, you can enjoy the island flora and views. After this refreshing workout, visitors can enjoy shopping in an open-air market filled with vendors selling original handmade island crafts.

Situated in the heart of the Blue Mountains, this environmentally-friendly coffee farm set on 10 acres offers both nature-oriented activities and accommodations. The Blue Mountains are the highest mountain range in the Caribbean. Several mountain hiking excursions are offered at Lime Tree Farm, including three of the most popular -- Governors Bench Trail, Crane Walk and Blue Mountain Peek. Green Grotto Caves, located in Discovery Bay between Ocho Rios and Montego Bay, has been hosting visitors since the 18th century. Situated on 25.9 acres, these large labyrinthine limestone caves are rich in history. Remnants of the first Jamaican inhabitants, the Arawak Indians, exist within the caves. Pottery and adzes frequently are uncovered. Guided tours are offered daily.
