Boat Tours in Washington, North Carolina

Located on the Pamlico River, Washington, North Carolina calls itself the "Heart of the Inner Banks." It has a history as a seaport that reaches back to colonial times because of its navigable waterway protected from the Atlantic by the islands of Outer Banks and the sinuous river that runs upstream from Pamlico Sound. No longer a major commercial seaport, Washington now serves as a port for pleasure craft, including four very different tour operators.
