• Limits apply: Construction zones, urban areas, interchanges, curves, weather (~30% of network).
• Vehicle-specific: Trucks >3.5t: 80 km/h; buses: 100 km/h; cars with trailers: 80–100 km/h.
• Enforcement: Strict; cameras, unmarked police. Fines, points, bans for violations.

Average speeds on free sections: 120–140 km/h. Safety record is excellent due to discipline, training, and road design.
