What is considered a unruly child in the state of Georgia?

According to the Georgia Code, an unruly child is a minor:

* Who has been found to be habitually disobedient of the reasonable and lawful commands of his/her parents, guardian, or other legal custodian

* And beyond their control

* Whose behavior is injurious or dangerous to himself/herself or others
