1. Application Form: Form available at Hero MotoCorp website.
2. Firm's Registration/Partnership Deed: Registration certificate or partnership deed in the name of applicant(s).
3. Personal Documents:
- 3 attested passport size color photographs.
- Attested copies of PAN cards of all directors and partners.
- Attested copies of Residential proof of all partners and Directors. (Ration Card, Voter Id Card, Driving license, Passport)
4. Financial Documents:
- Latest Income Tax Returns (last two financial years) of all the partners/directors.
- Financial Statements (last 2 years audited) of partners/directors (balance sheet, P&L a/c & annexure).
- Latest Bank statement (current a/c) of partners/directors for last six months.
5. Property Documents:
- Property ownership/Lease/Rent Agreement in name of the firm/company along with NOC from the owner in original
- If Property rented/leased agreement is for a fixed period, minimum balance period of Lease agreement should be 5 years.
6. Proof of Education/Experience in Auto Industry:
- Certificate of educational qualifications. (minimum graduation)
- Experience certificate in Auto Industry, dealership experience preferred.
7. Proof of Investment Capability:
- Proof of investment capability as prescribed by Hero MotoCorp for the proposed location.
8. Other Documents:
- Company Profile
- Future Plans of Firm/Company
- Any other relevant documents
