Download Google Earth so that you could zoom in on the Oregon Coast to view its wineries. Look at as much details as you can about each winery.
Use a travel website to book your flights and hotel stays. Book hotel stays if you're going to visit all the Oregon Coast Wineries. Search for travel and wine magazines and read their writing requirements. Get a sense of how they like their articles done. You want to write about your visit in order to get more out of it.
Call or email the editors and let them know that you plan to visit Oregon Coast wineries, check to see if they could use an article on the visit. Ask them what aspect they'd like to hear--get the editors to tell you what you need so that you're chances of getting published goes up.
