Where is chakaneh?

Chakaneh is a city and capital of Chakaneh District, in Qaleh Ganj County, Kerman Province, Iran. This city lies just northeast of the famous desert called Lut Desert ( Dasht-e Loot). At the 2006 census, its population was 5,570, in 1,259 families.
