La Sal

• La Sal is an open-air Spanish restaurant set atop an upstairs terrace. A wide variety of fresh dishes keeps the menu in constant rotation, and the offerings tend to be tasty, eclectic, and pricey. Representative tapas plates include Iberico Belotta ham from acorn-fed black free-range pigs, veal carpaccio with foie gras and Manchego cheese, and and garlic prawns in truffle oil. • Ultimo restaurant, in the heart of Seminyak's restaurant row, offers a taste of fine Italian dining for very affordable prices.
