Ritual theatre includes theatre which is specifically for a religious celebration (eg: Passion Plays of Oberammergau and York) for an occasion to mark rites of birth, initiation, marriage and mourning (birth celebrations in India; funerals; Bar/Bat Mitzvah rituals etc)
