Canary Islands, Orkney, and Crete: Each Belongs to a Different Country

No single country claims all three. Each archipelago/island is an integral part of a different sovereign state:

• Canary Islands → Spain (autonomous community, off NW Africa).
• Orkney Islands → Scotland (part of UK, north of mainland Scotland).
• Crete → Greece (largest Greek island, southern Aegean).

They are not disputed territories; each is firmly under the administration of its respective nation.
