Located in Honfleur's Old Harbor area, this restaurant is housed in a building that was constructed in the 12th century, making it one of the oldest known structures in France. Given its location close to the waterfront, it comes as little surprise that the restaurant's specialty is seafood. However, the menu features a number of non-seafood dishes, including duck, rack of lamb and beef tenderloin. It also features three prix fixe selections of sharply varying price, the cheapest of which is dubbed the Artist's Menu. The next most expensive is the Poet's Menu, while the most extravagant selections are on the restaurant's gala Dinner for Saint Sylvestre, a feast reserved for special occasions, such as New Year's Eve. One of the eatery's most distinguished diners was Queen Elizabeth II in 2006.

This popular restaurant, which includes an oyster bar and overnight accommodations, is housed in two historic buildings, one of which was the 1728 birthplace of Count Admiral Hamelin, who led Napoleon's fleet. With ancient wooden beams and open stonework, the restaurant's two dining rooms have a rustic appeal. The specialty of the house is seafood, and the house menu features three prix fixe selections.

Le Bréard's chef, Fabrice Sébire, presents a "forward-looking" cuisine that draws selectively on the best that the past and present have to offer. In the restaurant, which is located close to Honfleur's Old Harbor area, Sébire and his wife Karine offer diners some interesting menu selections, including truffle-scented foie gras ravioli; saddle of rabbit served with arugula and baby carrots; raw Normandy oysters with a splash of shallot vinegar; roast lobster with risotto of porcini mushrooms; and roast squab with legs confit, served with fruit chutney and kumquats.
