Which dialect of Spanish do Hondurans speak?

The majority of Hondurans speak a dialect of Spanish that is known as Honduran Spanish. Honduran Spanish, like in many countries like the Caribbean, has unique slang from surrounding countries. Other dialects also include Yucatec, Lencan and English from neighboring Belize. Other than slang from surrounding English and Spanish speakig countries, it is intelligible throughout Spanish speaking countries.
