How to Go Snowboarding in Lake Tahoe

High in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, Lake Tahoe borders both northern California and western Nevada. Snow begins to fall in November in the area, and the Lake Tahoe snowboarding season, which lasts until late April or early May, begins. Snowboarding enthusiasts enjoy their sport on both the north and south sides of the lake. Lake Tahoe features snowboarding for all levels, from beginners to those who need to just improve their techniques.
