What Kind of Characters Are at Universal Studios?

Universal Studios is one of the United States' top tourist destinations and guests visiting the park can enjoy interactive shows, amazing rides and a large collection of characters. These characters include super heroes, movie icons, television icons and literature cartoons brought to life.

Marvel Heroes
- A lot of the park is dedicated to the world of Marvel. This includes Spider-Man, X-Men, the Incredible Hulk, Fantastic Four and Iron Man.
Popeye
- A water-themed section of the park is designed after the famous cartoon "Popeye." Families can meet with Popeye, Olive Oil, Bluto and other characters from the famed animated series.
Jurassic Park
- The dinosaurs of Jurassic Park come alive at Universal Studios. Over a dozen different dinosaurs are featured on the "Jurassic Park Ride" and more can be found displayed around the ride's entrance and throughout the park.
Dr. Seuss
- Around the holidays Dr. Seuss Land guests can enjoy Grinch-themed characters, and the rest of the year it features characters from books like "The Cat in the Hat," "Green Eggs and Ham" and "Horton Hears a Who."
Nickelodeon
- Some of Nick's most famed characters are found walking around Universal Studios. One of the most popular is SpongeBob Squarepants and his friends like Patrick, Sandy and Mr. Crabs. Other shows include "Jimmy Neutron," "Rugrats" and "Dora the Explorer."
