Dance Clubs and Concert Venues in Vegas for Under 21

If you're 21 or older, Las Vegas is your oyster. Gambling, clubs, booze -- there is a wealth of possibilities for entertainment. But for the younger set, whether traveling with family or going on a college road trip weekend, there are a couple possibilities for the 18- to 20-year-old group in terms of music and dancing.

  1. Club Frozen 75

    • Your best bet for a full-on night club with dancing and music if you're between the ages of 18 and 20 is Club Frozen 75. The club opens its doors to teens as young as 14 years old during certain times of the day and with parental consent and transportation. The club is located in the nearby city of Henderson, and it has instituted a "no t-shirts, no casual clothing" policy. In order to make the club youth-friendly, security is fairly tight to put parents' minds at ease.

    House of Blues Las Vegas

    • The House of Blues concert venue may not be a straight-up dance club, but it features locally and nationally known artists in an auditorium setting. In addition to the stadium seating, there is also a floor in front of the stage that would be optimum for dancing. Tickets to the events can run you upwards of $25.

    The Joint

    • Much like the House of Blues, The Joint is a concert venue that features primarily rock groups. Unlike the House of Blues, though, this venue is primarily standing room only. The setup is a stage with a large general admission area in front of it. There is balcony seating available, but for those looking for a night of dancing, the pit around the stage is the way to go. Tickets are similarly $25 and up generally, with a sliding scale that reaches higher costs based on VIP packaging.
