Sun Villa Resort Apartments are located on the grounds of the Fountain of the Sun Community and Country Club. Residents can use all of the Fountain of the Sun Resort facilities. These include swimming pools, spas and fitness areas. Fountain of the Sun's website states that it even has its own post office and library. The country club has dining areas and a full-sized golf course.
