Guests in Mesa Regal RV Resort must be at least 55 years of age and the second guest at least 35. The resort has a total of 2,005 RV sites and resort homes. RVs must be at least 22 feet although sites can accommodate RV's up to 40 feet. Motor homes, travel trailers and 5th wheels are welcome but pop-up campers or van/bus conversions are not allowed. Amenities include full-hookups, free Wi-Fi hot spots, a community center, computer center, library, game room, mailroom, barbecue patio, barber and beauty shop, laundry facilities, batting cages and an on-site café and music room. Activities include classes in stained glass, ceramics, lapidary and silversmithing. Visitors can play tennis, shuffleboard, horseshoes, volleyball or billiards. Mesa Spirit RV Resort is an adult resort with 1,800 pull-through RV spaces with full-hookups. Big rigs are welcome in the resort but tent camping is not allowed.
