Alaska Eyak River Lodge is located along the Eyak River where fishing is at its most plentiful from April to October. The season is heralded with the abundance of king salmon in April but by the beginning of June the river is teeming with a multitude of trout. Deep sea fishing for salmon shark, halibut and lingcod is also popular through the summer months. Boats are available for rent throughout the season and each guest is provided with an area for cleaning and packaging as well as a freezer to store the trip's catch.
