Virginia's Beach is on the shores of Lake Erie among 45 wooded acres and 1,100 feet of lake frontage. Swimming, boating and fishing are just some of the activities available. Both standard and deluxe cabins are available to rent in both the woods and on the beach. The standard cabins have bathrooms, air conditioning, small kitchens and screen porches. The deluxe cabins are larger and also have DVD players and full kitchens. Rates vary by season and cabins are not available to rent from mid-October to late January.

Raccoon Creek is one of the largest and most visited state parks in Pennsylvania. Here, visitors can fish, ride horses, cross-country ski or hike any of the 44 miles of trails. A total of 10 modern cabins are available. The cabins have electric heat, showers and kitchens. One is handicap accessible. The cabins are available to rent year-round and reservations can be made through the park's website.

This family resort is spread on 100 acres of wooded area. A boat launch is a mile away and the grounds feature open space and a playground. Three cabins are available on site that can sleep from 2 to 7 guests. Cabins have full bathrooms, kitchens, air-conditioning and heating and outdoor fire pits. If you are bringing a large group, there is also a bunkhouse available to rent that sleep 29 people. Most of the cabins are pet-friendly. The cabins are unavailable to rent from mid-December to Mid-April.
