Visit the Liberty Bell Center to see the Liberty Bell and to browse through the gallery filled with facts and figures about this amazing piece of American history. Here you will see where the U.S. Constitution and the Declaration of Independence were signed. Original artifacts are on display. See where U.S. currency is made at the U.S. Mint, one of only four mints in America and the largest in the world. You'll overlook the production facility where line workers are making the money and learn the history of how it evolved. Did you know that George and Martha Washington donated the silver needed to make the first coins in our country? Details are included on the original structure, erected in 1792. Located at Fifth and Arch streets. Admission is free.
Take a leisurely horse-drawn carriage ride around the historic district to view buildings integral to Philadelphia's history and hear tales of the past. Various tours are available and are either 15 minutes, 30 minutes or an hour long. Prices are $30 and up depending on how many people are in the carriage and the length of the tour.

You'll learn more about historic Philadelphia, 18th-century living, and about the life of Ross. In the courtyard, hear storytelling, see colonial crafters and meet a real-life Betsy Ross character.
Journey to the National Constitution Center, dedicated to the history of the U.S. Constitution and those who were a part of it.
