How to Change Cathay Pacific Flight Dates

Cathay Pacific is a large international airline that specializes in travel between North America and Asia. It allows customers to change a flight, but the procedures that must be followed vary greatly depending on the specifics of the situation -- for example, customers who want to get on a standby flight have to follow different procedures than normal passengers; customers using frequent flier miles have more limits; customers who bought their tickets through a discount agency or consolidator may also have more limited options. These personalized differences also determine who does and does not need to pay a change fee, and how much that fee is.

If you are a member of the Marco Polo Club (the airline frequent flier club), you can also log in using your membership name and PIN or password.

The prompts vary based on whether or not you have to pay a change fee and what type of change you're trying to make (e.g., getting on a standby flight or booking with frequent flier miles). Application of a change fee is based on the ticket you originally bought.
