List of Arabian Airlines

The hot desert of the Arabian Peninsula consists of seven countries, including Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Kuwait. Several airlines service these countries, along with other airports worldwide. Travelers of all budgets will find an airline to suit. From luxury travelers who seek highly personalized service to budget passengers who consider price above service, an Arabian airline exists to serve you. The amenities and services listed on these airlines can change anytime.
  1. Saudi Arabian Airlines

    • Besides the Middle East, Saudi Arabian Airlines serves destinations worldwide including New York, Paris and Bangkok. Flyers can also travel to London, Turkey, Switzerland, Germany and Egypt on Saudi Arabian Airlines.

Class options include first, business and guest. First-class passengers will enjoy fresh fruit juices before take-off. Appetizers include delicacies like caviar. Once in flight, stewards serve both first- and business-class passengers with cardamom-flavored coffee and a snack of dates. All three classes can choose from among ethnic, Western or vegetarian main courses and end the meal with a dessert such as ice cream.

Passengers will stay entertained in-flight with personal on-demand entertainment screens for all classes as well as 12 radio stations. On the personal screens, passengers can also check the airplane's progress and watch real time images of the sky courtesy of aircraft-mounted cameras that face forward and down. Saudi Arabian Airlines provides passengers with overnight kits containing toothpaste and other personal care items.

    Air Arabia

    • Air Arabia travels to 65 destinations across the Middle East, Europe, Asia and North Africa, but offers no service to the United States. The airline targets budget travelers, which means passengers can expect to pay for extras such as meals. Passengers can check bags for free up to a certain weight. They can also carry on one bag for free, although weight restrictions apply.

Onboard meal selections for passengers flying in the United Arab Emirates include muffins, croissants and fresh fruit or green salads. Passengers can also purchase hot chocolate, coffee or tea. The meal offerings change for other destinations and can include sandwiches and sodas. Passengers can purchase meals at any time during the flight, and can also order meals while booking their tickets. The airline offers onboard movies for a fee.

    Emirates

    • Emirates, based in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, serves over 100 destinations worldwide including New York, Houston, San Francisco and Los Angeles. The airline also flies to most European countries, Moscow and most of Asia.

Passengers can book first, business or economy class. First-class passengers on select aircraft can enjoy private suites with separate storage, a coat closet and miniature bar. On an overnight flight, first-class passengers can unfold their chairs into a flat bed and watch their own 23-inch wide-screen television with more than 600 channels.

Business-class passengers can stay connected with laptop charging capabilities and seats that lie flat on select routes. Economy passengers drink free beverages and can flip through 600 channels on their personal televisions.

Passengers can eat multi-course meals. Entrees range from Asian-influenced braised beef rib or lobster in first class, beef kabobs in business class and chicken in economy. First- and business-class passengers eat on china plates with linen napkins and trays decorated with flowers.
