There are many websites that monitor the status of airline flights around the world. Knowing if a flight is arriving on schedule is important if you need to pick up someone at the airport. You can search thousands of flights and monitor arrival times on these sites. Many airline websites also make flight tracking available.
Click on a link under "References" at the bottom of this page. Either link will take you to a flight tracking website that monitors flight status. Both links will give you the same information, just in a different format.
Enter the flight number in the blank next to "Flight/Tail #" on Flight Aware or underneath the tab "By Flight" on Flight Stats. If you do not know the flight number, you can search by origin and destination airports. If you are using Flight Stats, click on the tab "By Airport" or "By Route." If you are using Flight Aware, click on "Don't know the flight number." Enter the airport information, then follow the prompts to continue your search.
Look at the flight status information. If you entered the flight number, you will be taken directly to the status of your flight. If you entered airport information, you will need to select the correct flight from a list that met your search criteria. Click on the flight number. You will see arrival information and a real-time map of the location of the flight en route to its destination.
