The French Meadow Bakery is located in The Mall at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, across from security checkpoint No. 1. The full-service, sit-down cafe offers foods from a variety of culinary traditions and as much as possible uses organic ingredients in its dishes. The dinner menu begins with seven appetizers, such as the turkey and goat cheese quesadilla with avocado pico de gallo and the bruschetta topped with basil, capers, garlic and tomatoes. A signature entree is the pan-seared walleye, drizzled with walnut vinaigrette and served with broccolini and wild rice harvested in Minnesota. The restaurant serves 16 wines by the glass, six types of draft beer and eight bottled beer varieties. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served daily, and vegan and vegetarian options are available.
