Starcraft Marine manufactures six types and 21 series of boats. Company founder Arthur Schrock built the first Starcraft boat in 1903 and, as of 2010, the company still is operated by the Schrock family.
Starcraft Marine builds boats that fall into six categories: pontoon boats, fishing boats, deckboats, Jon boats, utility boats and runabout boats. Starcraft boats are made of aluminum or fiberglass, and are used commonly for fishing, hunting and racing.
As of 2010, Starcraft Marine's line of pontoon boats include the Majestic, Limited, Starfish and Stardeck series. Starcraft's pontoon boats are equipped with 360-degree integrated drains that facilitate the boat's drainage, and offer custom consoles designed for comfort and luxury in the driver's seat. Starcraft pontoons also feature an all-aluminum transom that keeps water from entering the engine and helps provide superior engine performance.
Starcraft Marine's fishing boat line includes the Fishmaster, Superfisherman, STX and Starfire/Starfish series. These boats range in length from 16 to 20 feet, and weigh between 845 and 1,535 lbs. Weight capacity for Starcraft's fishing boats ranges from 1,200 to 2,300 lbs.
