The two main dining rooms, Vincent's and Claude's, are located on decks Three and Four of the Monarch of the Seas. Both can accommodate up to 700 diners at a time, and both serve five-course meals. Vincent's features traditional cruise dinners, include lobster bisque, chops filet and pasta alfredo, with assigned dinner times and seating. Claude's serves the same dinner fare, but offers the My Time Dining plan, allowing for more flexible dining times for guests, and serves breakfast and lunch with open seating.
Jade offers Asian cuisine for dinner only. This two-level restaurant is located on decks Eleven and Twelve in the rear of the ship. The restaurant has a large sushi buffet as well as a make-your-own miso soup bar. Order the Black Rock Surf and Turf, where the waiters bring out a sizzling piece of black lava rock and cook your meal table-side right in front of you.
The Windjammer Cafe is an all-buffet restaurant, a popular alternative to the formal main dining rooms. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner on decks Eleven and Twelve, Windjammer offers a wide array of popular meals, such as hamburgers and fries, pizza, buffalo wings, and a large dessert bar. Windjammer Cafe is busiest during lunch hours. The same dinner options available in the main dining rooms in the evenings are also available at the Windjammer cafe, buffet-style.
Sorrento's is connected to Windjammer Cafe and features a variety of pizzas, such as pepperoni, Hawaiian and Frutti di Mare. Decorated like a classic Italian restaurant, Sorrento's also serves a few sandwiches including an Italian sub. Different specialty pizzas are available daily. Dessert options include tiramisu and almond squares. A wine menu is also available.
