Book your shore excursions and pack appropriately for those. If you're hiking through the pyramids in Egypt you'll want comfortable shoes, shorts, sunscreen and a hat. If you're touring the museums of France or the Vatican in Italy you'll want comfortable walking shoes and conservative apparel, as a sign of respect for religious beliefs in the area.
Pack toiletries that are not provided on the ship. Celebrity provides shampoo, body wash, soap, toothpaste and hair-dryers in each stateroom so you don't have to. But your personal toiletries, such as contact lenses and solution, make-up and facial creams are things you need to pack.
Remember to pack your accessories. Cameras, film, battery chargers and such are things you'll want on your cruise. Important documents, such as your cruise documents, passports, photo identification and money should be packed on your person when boarding the ship.
