What does a Netherlands driving license look like?

A Netherlands driving license (rijbewijs) is a plastic card with a size of 85.60 × 53.98 millimeters (3.370 × 2.125 inches). The card has a pinkish-red background with a pattern of diagonal lines printed on it. Along the top edge of the card, the text "Europese Unie" and "Nederland" is printed in dark red. The driver's name is printed along the bottom edge of the card.

The front of the card features the following:

* The driver's name

* The driver's date of birth

* The driver's place of birth

* The driver's address

* The driver's signature

* The driver's license number

* The driver's license category

* The driver's license expiration date

The back of the card features the following:

* A list of the driver's endorsements

* A list of the driver's restrictions

* A list of the driver's traffic violations

* A list of the driver's accidents

The card also contains a magnetic strip and a smart chip that contains the driver's personal information.
