How to Winterize a Park Model Trailer
A park model trailer gives you an opportunity to travel or even live comfortably. Park model trailers are taken from recreational park to recreational park and stay in each place for an extended amount of time. You also can, with a park model trailer, permanently park it and use as a permanent living space. However you decide to use a park model trailer, you must make sure the elements will have the smallest possible effect on your trailer, especially in winter. Winterizing your trailer takes some time and effort, but can save on costly repairs that might be necessary if your trailer is not ready for winter.
Instructions

1
Park your trailer on a flat, even surface for the winter.
-
2
Drain your fresh water supply to prevent freezing in low temperatures, which can damage the tank and pipes. Turn off the pump if you will be storing your trailer.
-
-
3
Drain the waste water tank and flush out the system on your park model trailer.
-
4
Flush your system by running antifreeze through by putting your bypass valve hose into a container of antifreeze, turning on the pump and allowing it to run through all faucets, showers and toilets.
