Park the RV in a flat and level area, then slide the floor jack under the wheel well of the damaged tire. Jack up the RV.
Remove the tire using the tire iron to loosen and remove the lug nuts.
Add air to the tire and then bring it outside and turn the garden hose onto the tire. Cover the tire with water and then slowly turn the tire and listen and watch for air bubbles escaping from the water on the tire surface.
Circle, using the white paint pen, any areas with a hiss or air bubbles as this is the damaged portion of the tire.
Thread the tire repair punch with a black rubber patch. Follow the instructions with your kit for proper threading methods.
Push the punch deep into the puncture on the tire. Force the rubber patch into the tire and then pull the punch up and out of the hole, leaving the black rubber patch in the tire. This seals the leak up on the tire.
Place the tire back onto the RV. Inflate the tire to the recommended PSI, found along the side of the tire. Lower the RV off the jack.
