The Cabin Creek Campground and Mobile Home Park is located in Jacksonville, near the Camp Lejeune Marine Corps base, the Bear Trail golf course at Southwest Plantation, Jacksonville Mall, the Paradise Point Golf Course, Northeast Creek Park, the Whispering Dove Goat Ranch and Apiary and the Montford Point Marine Museum.
The campground has 93 recreational vehicle and tent campsites. Most of the sites have water, electrical and sewer connections. Guests can get cable TV and wireless Internet access at their sites. The campground features a children’s playground, a store with supplies and groceries, a dog-walking section, a rec room and picnic tables. The campground sits within a short walking distance of the Sea Gull Recreation Center, with a putt putt golf course, batting cages and a driving range.

Hawkins Creek Campground is located in Hubert, about 13 miles from Jacksonville. The campground is within a 30-minute drive of Jacksonville attractions, including the Onslow Vietnam Veterans Memorial, the Council for the Arts, Coastal Carolina Community College and Lynnwood Park Zoo. The facility is also near Croatan National Forest and Hammocks Beach State Park.
The campground has 52 campsites for RV and tent camping, most of which feature cable TV, sewer, electrical and water connections. Fulcher’s Landing Campground in Sneads Ferry is about 20 miles from Jacksonville. It is close to the Sneads Ferry Community Theatre and the North Shore Country Club.
