The Unicoi State Park resides in the mountains of northern Georgia, boasting a 1,050 acre campground with 82 sites for RV and trailer camping. The campground offers such perks as multiple tennis courts and playgrounds. Guests can enjoy their meals at one of the park's seven picnic pavilions. The surrounding region features hiking and mountain biking trails and a 53 acre lake ideal for rowing boats, fishing and swimming. Additional on-site accommodations include a lodge and 30 cottages.

The Creekwood Cabins and RV Resort is situated less than four miles from Helen, Georgia and near the Chattahoochee National Forest. Guests can embark on scores of outdoor recreational activities, such as hiking, horseback riding and fishing in the surrounding region. The campground also plays host to volleyball courts and horseshoe pits. The RV park offers just 17 sites, each of which comes outfitted with water, electricity, sewer and cable hook-ups. The sites also include picnic tables, fire rings and trees for shade.

The Cherokee Campground sits just five miles from the town of Helen, in the midst of the Chattahoochee National Forest. The park features facilities for such sports as tetherball and basketball. An on-site recreation hall offers entertainment in the form of ping pong tables, dart boards and a big screen television. Children may also enjoy the campground's pirate-themed playground.
