The Marion Campground & RV Park, which is located a block from an exit on Interstate 57, has 58 RV sites that come with water and sewer hook-ups. Of its 58 sites, 27 are pull-throughs with either 30-or 50-amp electric. Each site also comes with satellite TV service and wireless Internet access. A playground for children and a pet walking area are located on a property that has restrooms, showers and a room to do your laundry. The Marion Campground & RV Park's office has fax and mail services. A recreational area and picnic pavilion are also located at a park that is open throughout the year.

The Hayes Canyon Campground is located near the many outdoor opportunities in the Shawnee National Forest. The campground has 35 RV campsites that can be rented daily, weekly or longer. All of the come with 30-amp electric and water connections, picnic tables, and fire rings. Of the 35 sites, 32 also have sewer hook-ups. Hayes Canyon Campground caters to campers with horses. This is reflected in the fact each campsite has two to four pens for horses or mules. Covered pens are available for an extra charge. The campground, which offers easy access to the horseback trails in the Shawnee National Forest, also has showers, restrooms and a laundry facility.

The Casino Queen RV Park in East St. Louis is just minutes from St. Louis and offers campers a great view of the Gateway Arch from its grounds.
