Camp sites are available beachfront and facing Ocean Boulevard. The Holden Beach Fishing Pier is connected to the campground. Visitors can buy bait and supplies (including fishing rods) from the bait shop and fish for mackerel, black drum and even hammerhead shark off of the pier. With 51 camp sites in all, 10 are directly facing the ocean, with the remaining lined behind until the sites reach Ocean Boulevard. While open fires are not permitted, grills are allowed. A restaurant at the pier serves breakfast and grill items such as hotdogs and hamburgers. A shower facility is on site for guests' use.
