Cedarkirk is 29 miles northeast of Parrish in Lithia, Florida. It is a year-round camp and conference center owned by the Presbyteries of Tampa Bay and Peace River. Located on the Alafia River, Cedarkirk sits among 170 acres of natural surroundings.
Cedarkirk offers six various choices for lodging: Pine Lodge includes four family-style rooms for six people each and 13 dormitory-style rooms upstairs. Total capacity is 50. This building also features upper and lower porches, kitchen facilities, meeting room and a fireplace.
Retreat House has five bedrooms, full kitchen facilities, screened porch and a large meeting room with a total capacity of 11. Kirk Kabins are two identical cabins that feature a large room sleeping nine, a small sitting area and bathroom. Rustic Cabins are clustered into villages of two; these screened cabins provide sleeping for eight and feature electricity and fans. There are nearby bath houses for all rustic cabins. Total capacity: 72 (in nine cabins). Platform Tents is a grouping of four platform tents that provides bed space for 26 (seven in two tents and six in the other two). The four platform tents are fully screened and offer electricity. There is a nearby bath house. RV and tent sites at Cedarkirk are equipped with electric and water hookups and there is also a nearby bath house; Cedarkirk has five RV sites available.
