Located on the shores of Lake Michigan and serving as a second home to several Chicago residents, Beverly Shores, Indiana was created as a planned resort community incorporated in 1947. The town is home to many buildings and structures brought over from the 1933-34 "A Century of Progress" Chicago World's Fair but, unfortunately, no lodging options are available, other than a campground. However, there are boutique hotels within a short drive from Beverly Shores.

The Marina Grand Resort, located 14.3 miles from Beverly Shores, sits on the shores of New Buffalo Harbor on Lake Michigan.
