The Maybell Cottage includes a kitchen, DVD player, bath and king-sized bed. The other three guest rooms all have private baths, fireplaces and canopy beds. Common areas, such as a covered porch, flower garden and tavern room complete with a cooking hearth, are available. Smoking is not allowed indoors and children younger than 13 are not accepted as guests. As of October 2010, rates range from $120 to $185 nightly, which includes breakfast every morning.

The Altnaveigh Inn is a restored 1730s house that was a private residence until the 1950s. In 1951, the property was purchased and renamed "Altnaveigh," which is the Gaelic term for "hill top." The restaurant has three dining rooms, the smallest of which can seat 10 to 15 people while the largest can accommodate up to 50. Diners can select from a menu that changes each season. Each of the two guest rooms has a private bath, cable television and Wi-Fi access. Nightly rates for October 2010 are $85 for a queen-sized bed and $95 for a king-sized bed. The inn is not a bed and breakfast and the restaurant is open for lunch and dinner only.

The Extended Stay America is in Manchester, about 17 miles from Storrs. All rooms are studios, with kitchens equipped with a refrigerator, range and microwave.
