Set on 1,000 acres, Mariners Landing Resort Community caters to families and offers guest accommodations in condominiums and homes, either on the waterfront or in Mariners Village. There is no minimum required stay. The condominiums have one, two or three bedrooms while the homes have three or four bedrooms. Daily housekeeping service and linens are provided at the condominiums and are available upon request at the homes. Both accommodation types have fireplaces, washers and dryers and full kitchens. The community facilities include a children's playground, game room, three swimming pools, hot tub, tennis and basketball court, golf course, fitness room and restaurant.

The Westlake Waterfront Inn is located on the shore of Smith Mountain Lake with views of the waterfront. Guests may dock their boat or jet ski for free at the inn's docks. The inn also has a gazebo on the point where guests can sit and relax. The 26 guest rooms are equipped with air conditioning, cable television, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, alarm clock and wireless Internet access. The inn has a strict 48-hour cancellation policy as well as a two-night minimum stay during the summer and on holiday weekends. The inn does not allow pets.

Bernard's Landing offers short- and long-term accommodations at townhouses, patio homes and condominiums with one, two or three bedrooms. All have lake views and are equipped with full kitchens, washers and dryers, telephones, cable television, fireplaces, private balconies and outdoor decks. On-site dining options include the Landing Restaurant and Bruno's waterside bar; however, guests may bring in food for their own consumption. The clubhouse has an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, racquetball court, tennis court and fitness center. Other facilities at Bernard's Landing include a private beach and boat launch.
