The Estill Station Cottages are nestled among 200-year-old oaks draped in Spanish moss. This set of three cottages has been fully restored, and each sleeps up to six guests. Cottages feature a fully equipped kitchen, a wood-burning fireplace and a washer and dryer. Barbecue equipment, including either a gas or electric grill, is also available, and guests can rent a private dock for an additional fee. The Estill Station Cottages are a five-minute walk from the beach and less than a mile from several area eateries.

This colorful 1940s cottage has been completely restored and renovated to include all the conveniences of home. The Mimosa Cottage, which sleeps seven, has a large screened-in patio and backyard deck with a picnic table and charcoal grill. There is an outdoor hot- and cold-water shower, making it easier to clean off after a day at the beach, which is three blocks away. Guests are welcome to borrow bicycles, a beach cart and boogie-boards, all of which are provided at the cottage. Pets are permitted for an additional fee.
