The condos are privately owned, but at least one unit is available as a vacation rental, according to Michigan Vacation.org. The unit rents weekly for $1,300 and sleeps up to eight adults. The condo has three bedrooms with two queen and two full beds and two bathrooms. The condo has a balcony with a waterfront view perfect for sunsets, birds and the occasional waterspout. All units have access to a private, sandy beach with boardwalks, a swimming pool, tennis courts and nature trails. Spyglass condos are minutes from the downtown Holland shopping district and golf courses.

Harbor Club condos are privately owned luxury condominiums, but at least two units are available for vacations rentals, according to Michigan Vacation.org. The condos are located on the north shore of Lake Macatawa, just minutes from Lake Michigan and Holland State Park. One unit is a three-bedroom condo, and the other has two bedrooms. Each sleeps six adults maximum, or possibly eight people if some are children. Amenities in both units include LCD television and DVD player, large jacuzzi tub, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and ironing board. The Harbor Club condos are some of the least expensive condo vacation rentals in the Holland area, available for $415 per week.
