The Woodland Resort is another lake resort, this one located just south of Miltona closer to the small town of Alexandria. It too is nestled along the shores of Lake Miltona and is designed as a more upscale family-style resort. The resort complex offers fully equipped vacation homes and cabins on the lake. The cabins and homes feature all the amenities of home, including fireplaces, full kitchens and outdoor decks. The resort also boasts one of the larger private beaches of all the Miltona-area resorts. Bonfire rings are available for outdoor beach parties. Boats are also on hand for rental, and docks are provided for fishing.
