Cisco’s Landing is a marina and concessions run by the Utah State Parks Service. Cisco's Landing is primarily tasked with providing information to tourists at Bear Lake, but it also rents boats and waverunners, and provides lodging in a luxury yacht. The yacht is 28 feet long, and because it is too large to go out on Bear Lake it is permanently moored at the dock. As of 2010, the nightly rate is $125. The yacht features sleeping births, showers, bathrooms and a padded sundeck.
