How to Change RCI Weeks to Points

When becoming an RCI timeshare member, you have the option of using weeks or points to determine your vacation rental stipulations. Recently, RCI has allowed members to be both weeks and points members while paying only one annual membership fee. If you have both weeks and points through RCI, or you are both a weeks and points member, you can transfer your weeks to points in order to enjoy different resorts and lodging opportunities.

Instructions

  Determine if your RCI Weeks resort allows transferring to points via the RCI website. Most weeks-only RCI timeshares within North and South America and Africa allow members to transfer their weeks to points.

  Contact the RCI Points Department at 877-968-7476. An operator there will be able to assist you in determining how many points you will receive for your deposited weeks and make the deposit for you.

  Check your RCI Points balance via the website within two business days to guarantee that the appropriate amount of points has been added to your account.

  Use your new RCI points for flexible nightly stays at RCI participating timeshares and resorts. You must use your converted points within two years.
